I'm in a mode where I listen to the same album over and over again: Stew's Guest Host. This happened with Vic Chestnutt's Drunk record a couple years back. In fact I listened to one amazing song, "Degenerate" about 2300 times. I drive around, checking out rentals...go to work...take the dog to the park...depersonalize the house I'm in so that it can go on the market. Freak out, keep at it, get into it, get tired...Fridge magnets, framed art, knick-knacks...it's kind of cool, actually. All that zen junk....a desk, a window....a fence. For Dozer, the dog. Also digging the Mission of Burma on/off/on cd, Peter Prescott has the best all-purpose rock and roll holler-bellow.
