Up and at 'em on a Sunday morning with a new demo from a riff and verse and basic idea that has kicked around for a long time. Garageband loops sure are fun when you speed them way up. Then introduced our visiting student, Yuri, to real American donuts at Dizzy Dean's on West 11th, and pumpkin selection at Albertson's. (You have to let the right pumpkin choose you.) Then a three hour yard attack, hacking up roots with a pick axe, and edging and raking. Primed for the Walking Dead season premier. And started a William Gibson novel, Spook Country.
