Yesterday we got through the day with all our fingers and toes intact and checked out the new Bijou Metro downtown on Broadway. It is a cool venue, the popcorn is affordable, and we saw a really sweet movie, The Angel's Share, directed by Ken Loach. Ken Loach film fest may be imminent at our house. The National Pub is right next door and it is pretty neat too.
