I had never heard of this kind of ice cream preparation, which originated in Thailand I think. They pour cream on a frozen plate and flash-freeze it in a crepe-like sheet that gets sectioned and rolled. This place is on North Oak Trafficway in Gladstone, and it is seriously the best ice cream I have had in a long time.
