BAROQUE NOODLING ON CROWDFUNDING

I spent some time this evening brainstorming on my un-launched Patreon account and support tiers.  At 20 minute intervals I would stop to move the hose in the yard and listen to cicadas.  I enjoyed chicken tonkatsu from Kobi Q after a long day at work, and listened some more to the new Ed Cole cassette.

I have a stronger-than-ever sense that making music and art is worthwhile and worth getting some pizza money for, but I sure do generate baroque ideas about patron reward tiers.   I've come up with everything from an online songwriting school to commissioned designs for print-on-demand shower curtains to button of the month club.

It's easy to get confused and over-compensate and overthink, that's kind of built into brainstorming--keeping things simple and direct takes some introspection and hard work.
