I was thrilled to find this in my mailbox courtesy of my friend Jeff. This book is hard to find so I’m grateful. I’m coming late to JLP and Gun Club records, as I have come late to Tav Falco, Kid Congo, Nick Cave, The Flesheaters, Scientists, and other purveyors of rock and roll voodoo. I picked up Fire Of Love at Moon Rock in Eugene a couple years ago, and Miami at Sister Anne’s a couple weeks ago.
