I wrote this morning about gun stuff and mass shootings and religion and John McCain getting 7M from the NRA in his career. Good times. I guess it helped me, at least. I nearly posted something smart on Facebook but we've all seen how that goes.
Any decent argument has to stay centered in compassion and grounded in deliberate reasoning and that's SO boring and reducing the number of victims by X percent is so boring too, compared to twitter fighting.
I did call my senator's office on my lunch break and as always they were respectful, asked my zip code, and promised to relay the message.
