I put on my mask and went to a sporting goods store yesterday to buy an Ugly Stick and some trout tackle. We will consult with locals on fine-tuning the methodology once we get where we are going. My brother and nephews weighed in so that was a good start.
It is wild to see all the sporting good store inventories depleted by a shift from centralized activities to more individual, socially-distanced activities. This seems healthy in some kinda way, if you squint and don’t think about the enormous percentage of American society ignoring precautions and elevating the death toll for political and cultural reasons.
